We are hiring immediately for a Global Account Manager in our Data Center Sector in Houston, Texas- a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you'll do:
  • Responsible for identifying, developing and acquiring customers.
  • Establish Global relationships with Key clients for projects or rental customers.
  • Monitor, control and achieve sales revenue volumes against budgeted targets, monitor forecast and other sales management information.
  • Creates and executes specific plans to identify opportunities that drive market/customer penetration.
  • Assist in direct selling to deliver sales goals, negotiating contracts, initiating proposals and closing deals.
  • Provide leadership and direction for sales teams in the sector.
  • Closely collaborate with the Operations Leaders to support business objectives/ targets.
  • Promote awareness of Aggreko's products and service offering.
  • Manage multi-location customer relationships using local business presence to create increased business.
  • Key contributor to identify market potential and establish pricing and market strategies for key strategic accounts.
  • Support/drive key customer and product initiatives as developed within the business strategy.
  • Execute direct selling to deliver personal sales goals, negotiating contracts, initiating proposals and closing deals.
  • Identify key strategic accounts and substantially increase revenue and market share within these accounts, by seeking new sales opportunities, initiating action plans to approach and secure new business.
  • Develop customer partnerships and senior management relationships.
  • You'll have general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors

We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:
  • 4-6 years of direct sales or technical sales experience
  • Ability to Travel
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • General understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks.
  • Knowledge of Data Centers
  • Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
