Position Overview: As a Commercial and Residential Air Conditioning Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems for both Commercial and Residential properties. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their comfort needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install air conditioning systems in Commercial and Residential settings according to blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
2. Conduct inspections and assessments of existing HVAC systems to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and within designated timeframes.
4. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with air conditioning systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
5. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating parts, and replacing filters to optimize system performance.
6. Educate clients on proper usage and maintenance practices to extend the lifespan of their air conditioning systems.
7. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Installer, preferably in both Commercial and Residential settings.
2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
3. Strong understanding of HVAC principles, equipment, and components.
4. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
