QUALIFICATIONS:
- Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.
- Must possess a current Oregon Operator's License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Must be able to maintain all training certificates related to medication administration (First Aid/CPR/Epi Pen, etc).
- Must be able to perform a wide variety of typing and general clerical duties including computer data entry, multi-line phone, filing, and mailings.
- Must be able to perform a variety of complex and responsible clerical and secretarial duties. Must have the ability to perform with speed and accuracy; become familiar with and apply school rules and regulations; prepare and maintain accurate and complete records and reports; understand and carry out oral and written directions; and ensure efficient and effective office operations.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to effectively work and communicate with students, parents, and school personnel from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Must be able to cultivate and model a respectful working and learning environment. Must be able to perform under stressful situations while keeping a positive attitude.
- Bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish preferred.
- Proof of full vaccination OR OHA Exception Forms are a pre-employment requirement.
- Upon selection, employees will be required to pay for the following: $12.50 fingerprinting fee and $66 ODE fingerprinting processing fee.
STARTING SALARY: $17.26-$24.24 per hour. Dependent on experience/education.
