We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and performing various clerical tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
- Assisting with project coordination by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes
- Proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Providing general administrative support to the office staff
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must know MS Excel
- Must have at least 1 year of experience being an Office Clerk
