Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerk in our new Mesa, Arizona location. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Greeting visitors and providing them with assistance
- Assisting with project coordination and tracking progress
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Providing General Office support, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Assisting with client invoices and ar collections
Experience
- Previous experience with phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in event planning or coordination is beneficial
- Familiarity with General Office procedures and equipment
- Strong administrative skills, including organizing files and managing paperwork
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use computerized systems effectively
- Proficiency in MS Excel
