SalaryCurrently, we are seeking a full-time general manager. The candidate must have at least 2 years of management experience, and experience in an optometry or ophthalmology practice is helpful, but not required. This position may be available in any of our locations including Edison, Somerville, Mountainside, Woodland Park, Tinton Falls, Hackensack, Lavallette, and Edison. The general manager will be responsible for all aspects of the business. This includes keeping the retail business day functioning well and organized, computer entry of sales and insurances, troubleshooting patient phone inquiries and scheduling, maintaining store appearances and mentoring staff as a sales leader. This position can become available in any of our locations including Edison, Somerville, Mountainside, Woodland Park, Tinton Falls, Hackensack, Lavallette, and Edison.
