We are seeking a purpose-driven Garage Sales & Operations Manager to lead our Omaha branch!

YOUR IMPACT
- OVERSEE & LEAD A TEAM: Leads by example by living out the Thrasher purpose, mission, and values. Rewards, recognizes, and disciplines staff when necessary. Ensures crew staffing meets customer commitments through coaching and mentoring. Delivers on Annual Commitments, i.e. net promoter score & install capacity.
- PRODUCTION TRAINING: Hits or exceeds Quality Assurance Commitments. Develops and trains on: operations, installation skills, and safety.
- EFFICIENCY: Ensures the team achieves a labor cost that is at or below annual operations commitment. Ensures projects completed on time.
- QUALITY: Ensures production team delivers a “Wow” customer experience which includes high quality work, effective communication and employee professionalism. Helps solve issues both with crews and customers.
- STAFFING: Responsible for crew staffing (including ETO schedules) to manage both the current and projected workload. Supports other business units as needed.
- SAFETY: Ensures that all aspects of work are being performed safely and consistently by the production teams through effective job site inspections and accountability. Ensures company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and other assets are cared for and are in good working order.
- WAREHOUSE OVERSIGHT: Manage day to day operations of the satellite office and ensure consistent communication with the corporate office. Maintains inventory of products, fleet and tools.
YOUR SKILLS
- KNOWLEDGE: Minimum five (5) years prior leadership experience with proven track record of leading, managing, coaching, and developing successful teams (ideally Operations Management, Production Management, Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Construction Manager). Construction experience is highly preferable, but not required.
- SKILLS: Prior experience operating equipment and power tools. Ability to train on safety, operations, and company objectives.
- ABILITY: Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Excellent communication skills. Regular and punctual attendance. All offers are contingent on submitting to and passing a thorough driving & background check prior to starting.
