SalaryThe Operation Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily Operation Support team and the Dispatch team.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains departmental supervisory staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements.
- Other duties as directed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervising the daily operations of the Operations Support department
- Setting goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
- Interacting with internal and external customers and handling customer queries and complaints promptly
- Creating and distributing weekly and monthly reports
- Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
- Adhere to and manage the approved budget
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Drive team behavior to achieve performance goals.
- Create and assign personnel schedules to ensure proper staffing

Education & Experience:
- Associates' degree and/or work-related experience
- Minimum 3 years of Operation Support experience, with prior supervisory experience, preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
Background check and drug screen required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
