Established Medical , Wellness, Real Estate Clinics seek experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper/HR to join our team at our Merritt Island, FL office. We will provide large private office, equipment, filing, programs etc. You don't need to have your own QuickBooks as you would be logging into our servers. You will be subject to a background check and we are a drug free workplace.

Must be a mature, organized, results oriented, take-charge leader. Must have verifiable, results-oriented work history in the field of accounting.

Job Requirements:
College degree or AA Degree in accounting required.

· Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies

· Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure

· Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances

· Completing SALES TAX returns and paying electronically sales tax

· Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the owner and the Accountant of errors

· Recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies

· Checking accuracy and estimating repayment of mortgages and loans, dates. contact with banks

· Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets

· Managing employee expense claims

· Connecting with our Accountant and preparing yearly accounts for Federal Taxes and intangible taxes . Tracking business income and spending. Work for departments or on special projects, working with medical billers on collection, and front desk collection and analyze their reports.

· Lead Financial Meetings and take notes and minutes at the Weekly Billing meeting

Etc. while maintaining a professional, pleasant demeanor that supports our company's culture of always putting the business at first.

Flexibility in November, and December to work extra hours to close the fiscal year in timely faction.

Bookkeeper will liaison with employees and subcontractors, assist customers, maintain vendor relationships, and maintain current and accurate financial records, including contracts with employees, vendors.

MUST be highly proficient in Quick Book-Pro , and able to work through trial balance.

Must understand and reconcile company’s reports and keep an eye on the deposits from insurances , patients , law offices , private companies .patients.

MUST maintain accurate, current records for the company, including financial reports, payroll reports, time off spread sheets, sick day, vacation calculation, new hire paperwork collecting, and filing ,monitor recruitment and the update of the employee data.

COLLECT RECIPTS and reconcile them with the credit cards, analyze reports, keep safe, and protect company documentation, financial data. Reimburse employees check for some expanses approved by the owner. Reconcile (up to 8 bank accounts), Credit cards, despots etc. Timely present the invoices and checks to be paid and signed by the owners. In charge of mailing, picking up mail, sorting mail, delivering to right department, train managers on deposits and rechecking EOD’s,Train Front Desk on EOD reports, and usage of daily credit cards, including closing batch with clover.

Must closely and timely monitor re –employment correspondence and claims, and actively participate in re-employment hearing, prepare related documentation to fax or mail.

MUST provide accurate company payroll data to our off-site payroll company. ADP

Must have a knowledge how to provide spreadsheets with requested information to 401K.Add and remove the employees no longer with the company.

Monitor Aflac list and remove employees that do not qualify for the benefit.

Monitor employees Files with all required documentations: Resumes, employment Application, Training Sheet with all the signatures on file, key policy, Increase in pay documents, promotion document and other policy and regulations sheet signed by employees, witnesses and owners. That also includes HIPPA training, Incident reports, and any documentation, certification, training related to the specific job performed by the employee.

Setting up Meeting with Aflac Rep.

MUST present excellent written and verbal skills.

MUST be able to work independently, and research where things are in the computer and filing. Must be self-motivated with an excellent work ethic and a professional demeanor and agreement on 3 weeks’ notice requirement for departure from the job. MUST obey business-casual dress code including company name tag that supports the company's culture.

Mondays through Fridays, 36-40 hours per week. (*The weekdays or hours per week it may possibly be amended at a later day, but the position will still require mi. 36-40 hours weekly.) MUST be trustworthy, productive, mature, dependable, professional, and punctual. Must submit to a thorough background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Full charge bookkeeping thru trial balance
  • Maintain current reports, statements, files & accounts
  • Learn and become an expert of our EMR PROGRAM required
  • Present accurate and timely reports, including collection and aging reports, and cash flow statements weekly, monthly, or as requested
  • All reconciliations must be maintained and current
  • AR collections
  • Payroll ( thru a payroll company)
  • Coordinate & liaison with CPA
  • Organize & maintain company accounting files
  • Notarize documents, as needed (*Company will pay for employee's state notary class and certification)
  • Streamline procedures for optimum efficiency
  • Proactively and independently problem solve
  • Maintain company’s licenses, compliances, and all insurance coverages
  • Consistently exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills with solid time management abilities
  • Utilize Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)

Learn how to Computer skills-basic (typing, basic spreadsheets, emails, texting and learn how to use our medical software Cure MD. Ability to Scan , Fax , answer the phone , negotiate, reset the server etc.

Starting Pay:
$23 - $25

Experience:

Bookkeeping: 5 years minimum.

QuickBooks PRO : 5 years minimum.
