Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper to be responsible for full-cycle accounting. In this role, being able to prioritize and manage several organizational tasks simultaneously including managing billing and collections, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll and weekly, quarterly and yearly reporting is imperative. As a rapidly growing business, you will also be called upon for various other miscellaneous tasks.

Extensive experience with payroll, financial statements, bank reconciliation, sales tax, and general bookkeeping is a must. Advanced knowledge of computer software, particularly Sage 100 and Microsoft Office is a plus.

This is a hands-on and detail-oriented position bearing much responsibility, so you must be responsible and self-reliant. Concentration and focus on excelling in one's work and the ability to present information to leadership is critical.

Reconcile Bank Statements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
