Job Description

Devir is seeking to add a Bilingual (Spanish/English) detail oriented, self-motivated, and energetic Full-Charge Bookkeeper to its amazing team in Orlando, FL. As the bookkeeper you will be responsible for providing full cycle oversight for accounts payable, receivables, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

· Bank reconciliations for depository accounts

· Credit cards and purchase account reconciliation

· Reconcile daily deposit sheets from AR department

· Ability to implement accounting policies and procedures

· Heavy vendor correspondence

· Work closely and effectively with senior management to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities; following up appropriately

· Ability to work with multiple Counties including; US, Spain and Portugal. Occasionally working with contacts in Mexico, Chile, Columbia, and Argentina

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Bilingual (Spanish/English Required)

· 5+ years experience of full charge bookkeeping

· 5+ years experience and proficient in QuickBooks

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

· Strong organizational skills, perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize conflicting needs. Handle matters expeditiously and proactively, following through on requirements to successful completion, often with deadline pressures

· Work independently and collaboratively on projects, from conception to completion

· Work collaboratively with admin., global staff and contacts; being a resource and a team player

· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills that can thrive in a fluid environment

· Potential travel time

· Willingness and ability to work full-time in office (Required)
