SalaryEntertainment, Media and Fashion Law firm in NYC seeks a bookkeeper to handle posting to general ledger, preparing financial statements; reconciliation of bank statements, handling of escrow accounts; budget reports, production reports, accounts receivable collections and financial statements & draws for contract partners as well as payroll.
Familiarity with tax law and PTET preferred. Familiarity with Quickbooks and MS Excel is a must, Tabs3 is preferred but not necessary. Minimum 7 years accounting experience.
