Full Charge Bookkeeper

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Conduct account analysis and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Maintain general ledger and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
- Process payroll and maintain employee records

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Solid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
