Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our company is currently seeking ​a Controller Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Full Charge Accounts Payable
• Monthly Reconciliation and Close
• Job Costing
• Workman Compensation Audit Preparation and Compliance
• GL Audit Preparation and Compliance
• Financial Statements Preparation
• Tax Payments
• Lien Releases
• Maintain I-9 binders, W-4’s employee files
• Monthly ACA reports

Qualifications:

• Accounting Experience
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Sage 100
