We are a small, highly motivated, family-owned business looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Shift Supervisor.
Position Details:
Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Location: Oakland, CA
Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week, potential for 60 hours based on staffing levels)
Overtime: Overtime will be granted after 40 hours
Hourly Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour, plus tips, Monthly Bonus, and overtime
Key Qualifications:
Leadership Skills:
We're seeking a go-getter with excellent leadership skills to work closely with the Owner in leading and training the team.
Bilingual Skills:
The ability to speak basic conversational Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese is required to facilitate effective communication with team members and customers.
Availability:
Full schedule availability is a must, with the flexibility to work during the day or night, including weekends.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Collaborate with the Owner in leading and training team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
Customer Service:
Uphold our commitment to providing exceptional customer service by setting an example for the team.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality Boba Tea drinks, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
Schedule Management:
Coordinate and manage staff schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet business needs.
Financial Accountability:
Assist in tracking sales, managing inventory, and implementing cost control measures.
