Front Office Secretary

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and routing calls to appropriate individuals.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and transcribe documents, correspondence, memos, and emails.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience in dental receptionist duties is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
