**Position:** administrative assistant (Dental Experience Required)

**Start Date:** April 1

**Responsibilities:** - Efficiently manage incoming calls, emails, and texts from patients - Schedule patient appointments with - Provide follow-up support on treatment plans and appointments - Liaise with insurance companies, ensuring accurate information and claims processing - Extend exceptional assistance to our valued patients, ensuring their needs are met

**Requirements:** - Dental office experience is a must - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment - Self-motivated and proactive attitude

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
