SalaryOur well established pediatric dental practice in Manchester, CT seeks a well organized professional to join our administrative team. The ideal applicant will have a proven track record of exceptional personal, organizational, and customer service skills, including the ability to work independently but as part of a team. Strong multi-tasking skills; attention to detail, & computer skills are needed. This job entails answering phone, scheduling appointments and verifying insurance. Checking patients in and out, and handling with financial and insurance concerns .
Experience in a dental or medical practice is preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the qualified candidate if we determine this is a good match for our practice.
This is a full-time position, 33-40 hours/week: approximately 8 hours/day. Our hours of operation are from Tuesday- Friday from approximately 8:00 am to 5:15 pm and rotating Saturdays from 7:45 am – 1:15 pm.
