Premier Therapy Solutions is a busy Physical Therapy office, looking to find a candidate willing to go the extra mile for our patients. We are looking for a candidate who is able to handle a busy office environment and who will not be frazzled when thrown a curve ball.
The job entails a person with excellent organizational and communication skills. You should have the ability to follow direction and maintain a positive disposition. We are extremely busy, and having a team player mentality is key for this role.
Job duties will include Greeting patients as they enter the door for their services, obtaining medical record information from them, if a new patient is being established, scheduling and confirming follow up appointments with patients as they are leaving the clinic, faxing, emailing, copying records, updating medical records, answering the phone, and accurately communicating patient requests.
Team player mentality is essential - At the end of your shift you will be helping out with side work and helping tidy up the clinic.
Currently we are looking for Closing Front Desk:
Clinic is open Monday thru Saturday.
Monday thru Friday - mornings 8 am - 5 pm and afternoons 11 am - 8 pm; must be willing to work Saturday 8 am - 5 pm.
Full Time availability preferable but will consider part time for the right candidate, and if it meets the needs of the clinic.
