We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the office
- Register new clients and update existing client information
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate person
- Check clients in and out, collect payments, and provide receipts
- Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an office or dental/medical setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and handling basic administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
