As a Front Office Receptionist, you'll be the face of our practice, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Here's what we're seeking:
An outgoing individual with impeccable organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to step into back off medical assistant role at times during peak hours or upon short staffing
Proficiency in basic skin care conditions, procedures, techniques, and products is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and a background in customer service, with experience in soft sales and handling high-volume calls.
A team player with a strong work ethic and a background in concierge or hospitality-style customer focus.
Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to our guests.
- Communicate tactfully and professionally with patients.
- Effectively handle high-volume calls, convert inquiries into bookings, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Organize and schedule patient appointments accurately & efficiently.
- Complete chart preparations, appointment confirmations, and customer outreach.
- Educate patients on medical treatments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Step into backoff Medical Assistant role when required due to peak care hours or coverage needs at times. Rooming, Vitals, patient preparation, aftercare education, pre/post photography.
- Stay updated on evolving products and services and fulfill online orders with care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, and or medical practice settings preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a courteous phone manner.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, EMR systems, and web-based charting systems.
- Experience in customer service, soft sales, or cosmetics/aesthetics is advantageous.
Other Information:
Full-time position with hours ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week.
