SalaryWave Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center is an aggressively growing Aesthetic Clinic, specializing in advanced anti-aging techniques, plastic surgery, and non-invasive cosmetic treatments. Lead by our founder, Dr. Peter Lee, a trainer/instructor to fellow plastic surgeons both nationally and internationally, we currently have 4 surgeons and operate 5 locations in California.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a plastic surgery or medical spa office, we are willing to train the right candidate.
We are currently hiring front desk employees and back office Medical Assistants for our Rowland Heights and Arcadia offices. This will be a part-time position (3 days per week) with the opportunity to transition into full-time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome all visitors and direct them to the appropriate party or location in the facility.
- Assist with Front Office duties such as: greeting patients, checking patients in, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess excellent customer service skills, friendly and energetic
- Must be professional and courteous at all times
- Previous experience as receptionist/patient care coordinator- Medical setting preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
