SalaryOur well established, fee-for-service specialty practice is seeking a customer-service oriented Front Office associate. Duties include:
1) check-in and -out of patients
2) scheduling, confirming appointments
3) filing insurance
4) present treatment as needed (will be trained if no experience)
5) inter-office communications via email, mail, fax, etc
6) assist in marketing and planning office events
Applicants must have excellent phone etiquette and respectful but warm personality when meeting with patients as well as a self-drive to get tasks done without being told or reminded. Applicants must excel at using Windows productivity applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook and other productivity applications such as PDF viewers.
Dental or medical office experience is required .
The position offers 401(k), health insurance, and PTO. Salary is negotiable.
