SalaryBusy Ophthalmology practice looking for an enthusiastic person with great customer service skills to join “work family”. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to faxes, transferring callers to appropriate departments and scheduling appointments for patients. Must be outgoing, friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of medical insurances and prior medical office experience required. Bilingual candidates preferred.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to, answering multi-line phones, managing faxes, triage phone calls, assisting the manager, and scheduling appointments for a 7 doctor practice. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. This position requires traveling to 3 different locations in the east valley.
NO WEEKENDS!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
