SalaryLaw Offices of Jesse D. Cook, PLC is a small Tempe-based litigation law firm. It is looking to fill a Part Time receptionist position for an individual with flexible hours. Currently set hours are on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 pm until 5 pm (3 hours a week), but there is the opportunity for more hours when our full time receptionist is unavailable. The most important and main job would be to answer all calls coming into the office. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: returning any missed calls, scheduling appointments, forwarding respective calls to the correct person, keeping and organizing the calendar and general administrative help. Most communication is conducted via email, slack and by telephone. Immediate opening for Part Time, entry level receptionist at our Tempe civil litigation law firm.
It is good to note that this is first and foremost a customer service role and you will be the first point of contact for our firm. You will need excellent phone skills, customer service skills, to be detailed oriented and organized.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 10 per week
