SalaryR&S Erection of Vallejo is a well established overhead door company looking for a well organized individual with previous office experience and the ability to excel in a busy office environment. Candidates should be well versed in providing excellent customer service, enjoy problem solving, as well as handling busy phones. Bookkeeping experience is a plus. This position may provide advancement opportunities for those qualified.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling customers, crews, etc.
- Filing, data entry
- Accounts Receivable
- Computer experience; Word, Excel, Quickbooks
- Help others in the office, as needed
