We’re looking for an Office Professional to join our amazing team at Functional Advantage Physical Therapy! If you’re looking for a change in work environment and want to work in a clinic setting with an upbeat and fun culture, this job might be just what you are looking for!

You must have previous administration/office work and have a strong focus on customer service. You also must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail. If you are a positive person, self-motivated, flexible, and open to change, you could be just the person we are looking for!

In this position you would be responsible for greeting each patient in a warm and welcoming manner. You will often be the first impression for any new patient, whether it be on the phone or in person. You will need to stay organized and pay attention to detail while maintaining a schedule for multiple therapists, building patient charts and looking up insurance, taking patient payments, and all things patient related; as well as doing the daily cleaning around the clinic.
