SalaryWe are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Desk Associate at our swim school. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, handling phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the front desk.
The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidates with previous experience in a Front Office or customer service role will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and emails and provide accurate information to customers
- Schedule enrollments and maintain accurate records
- Manage cash and credit transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
