Job Summary and Qualifications
The Central Service Technician provides decontamination and sterilization services for the entire facility, maintaining the highest possible standards in accordance with hospital and AORN standards. The technician is required to produce work that is of the caliber to meet the standards of compliance of accreditation and regulatory bodies regulating supply processing and sterilization.
What qualifications you will need:
- High school or GED Graduate from a Sterile Processing Technician school.
- Current Sterile Processing Technician -Certification or agreement to obtain within 6 months of employment.
- Central Sterile experience required.
- 1 – 3 years
- Other-Fingerprint Required
- BLS
