Our office team is looking for a friendly, vivid optimist with clear and concise communication skills, that has the ability to connect to people, bring ideas and ideals to life with excitement and joy. The ideal person is highly organized, technologically savvy, self-motivated and adaptable. Sales experience is a huge plus.

The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for the office, helping current and new patients feel seen, heard and supported. This position provides high level service to our patients, guiding them through their patient journey; orchestrates office flow through scheduling and anticipating needs; and ensures communication and information is detailed and organized.

We are looking for a long-term, full-time team member.

Office Hours: M/W 7:45am-12:30pm, 1:30-6pm; T 10:00- 1:30, 2-6pm Th 7:45am-11:30am, 1:30-6pm. Office Closed Fridays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
