SalaryWe are looking for a part time motivated, dependable associateto join our team at Ammon Dental. This could possibly turn into a full time position. We are a small, fun dental office where our patients are our friends. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, have some dental experience, and be familiar with Dentrix. Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls.
- Scheduling patients and keeping appointments full.
- Working hand in hand with Office Manager
- Working with insurance claims and verifying patient coverage.
- Preparing paperwork, for following days patients.
- Working with monthly statements.
Requirements:
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent
- Be available Monday thru Thursday 9:00 to 1:00, and one Friday a month from 8:00 to noon
- Be willing to help where needed
Job Type: Part-time
