Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and updating customer information
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- File documents, organize files, and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in data entry or clerical roles preferred
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
