I am a creator with a full time job and company. I want to increase my social media presence through a podcast I created, or through other creative ideas I have. The only problem I have is I don't have enough time to do all that requires to get noticed online. I need someone who is highly motivated and experienced to help my social media platforms go viral/engage a larger audience.

For the interview please have ready a plan of how you can help get the channel to 100,000 subscribers.
Responsibilities:
-Increase following on YouTube and other platforms to 100,000 subscribers.
-Create and manage a Posting schedule.
-Look for guests and collaborators for videos.
-Look for and present branding opportunities for company.
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms and uploads, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, and YouTube
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to optimize content performance
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on key performance indicators.
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of web and social media management tools
- Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms.
- Proficient in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience in advertising and running paid social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment analysis
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing social media content.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
