Need ONSITE!!!

Front Office Admin responsibilities include the following:

• Management of the front desk.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
• Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.
• Transferring calls to various departments.
• Responsible for dispatching courier mail and keeping a record of them.
• Coordination of ID and other visitor cards.
• Distributing inward documents received.
• Managing Timesheets
• Responsible for payments of bills.
• Handle all of the company’s petty cash.
• In charge of utilities and maintenance of the furniture.
• Responsible for booking services for the company.
• In charge of faxing documents to various locations in a timely manner.
• Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests
• In charge of all front desk operations.
• Attending incoming and outgoing calls.

Requirements

• Any bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position.
• Must know how to use office machinery like a printer, faxing machine, etc.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Excellent communication, written, and people skills.
• Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving ability with analytical skills.
• Customer-oriented and professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Office Assistants: 2 years (Required)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: On the road
