SalaryI am looking for a Front Desk Administrate Assistant for my Acupuncture Practice in Lafayette. I am looking for someone that can help me run the office, as well assist various other aspects of the business - including online support with social media and in person events.
I am looking for someone organized, self motivated, open and is into the Healing Arts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Client Management - greet clientele, manage schedule and bookings.
- Help coordinate in person events, including meetings and conferences.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and report generation
- Manage calendars for executive and schedule appointments and meetings
- Social Media - assisting with scheduling posts on various online platforms
Skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally
- Knowledgeable in event planning to organize successful office events
- Experienced in administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and report generation
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings efficiently
- Proficient with Social Media
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
