Spanish Speaking Front Desk Administrator Physical Therapy Office

Our busy outpatient Physical therapy practice is seeking an experienced and professional Medical Office Front Desk Administrator to join our team. Spanish - MUST.

Compensation is negotiable starting at $17.00/hr to $19/hr (based on experience). However, there are long term growth opportunities within. Minimal Training will be provided. We are looking to bring someone on board for the long term or temporary.

REQUIRED Experiences:

- Experience at least 1 year in running eligibility in Med-Cal HMO, Medicare, Medicare HMO, PPO, and Commercial .

- Experience in obtaining the authorization request from IPAs, PPO.

- Web-portals navigation (Med Point, Regal, etc.) is REQUIRED.

- Experience and Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment

Position is available to start IMMEDIATELY.

Job Type: Part time (per diem) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8-5p.m.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
