Dental Front Office Administrator

A General Dental Office has IMMEDIATE opening for an Experienced Front Office Administrator with minimum 2 years of DENTAL Front Office Experience. In order to qualify you need the following attributes:

- Thorough Knowledge of dental terminology and ADA codes for PPO Billings

- Treatment plan presentations to the patients (need to have good people's skills)

- Team Player with great attitude and great interpersonal and verbal skills

- MULTI-TASKER who can seamlessly perform multiple jobs

-Computer Savvy

- Thorough understanding of how Dental PPO plans work and how to calculate patient portions

- Scheduling appointments with great Telephone answering skills

- Collections and A/R

-Hard working and Self Motivated

- Familiarity with SOFT-DENT Software is a plus

The position is M-Th, 8:30-3:30 approximately 24-28 hours per week with great compensation for the right candidate. ( $20-$38 per hour).
