**Position: Front Office Administrator**
As our Front Office Administrator, you'll be the anchor of our team, orchestrating the flow of our underwater world with grace and precision. Your responsibilities will include:
**Patient Check-In:**
- Welcome patients and families with the warmth of sunlit shores.
- Ensure all necessary forms are completed accurately.
**Appointment Management:**
- Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining an organized schedule.
- Coordinate with the dental team to optimize appointment efficiency.
**Billing and Insurance:**
- Expertly handle billing inquiries with the precision of a seasoned navigator.
- Verify insurance information and provide guidance to patients.
**Check-Out Duties:**
- Process payments and provide receipts with a friendly demeanor.
- Educate patients and families on upcoming appointments and follow-up care.
- Prepare and organize patient records for future visits.
**Collaboration:**
- Seamlessly collaborate with the dental team to maintain a smooth flow
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to address any administrative concerns.
**Requirements:**
