LHH is working on a temp to hire Reception/Administrative Assistant with a growing organization. In this role you will be responsible for answering and screening phone calls as well as greeting visitors. You will also be tasked with keeping the calendars up to date and helping with scheduling travel. This role will also be responsible for different administrative projects and assisting the sales team as well.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and customers
- Answering phones
- Ordering lunches and setting up meetings
- Preparing Excel reports and working with PowerPoint
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- At least 2 years of Front Desk experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Great communication
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
