Front Desk/Office Assistant

This position involves managing the front desk/reception duties of Danville's Wasatch Mountain Region Administrative Office in Lehi, UT, as well as providing direct support care to Danville clientele with developmental/intellectual disabilities attending a day program in the same location.
Front Desk/Office Assistant duties include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Communicating client needs with appropriate direct support staff or administrative personnel
- Greeting and assisting visitors including: employees, trainees, administrative staff, Danville day program attendees, client family members, guardians, and state representatives
- Overseeing booking of training and meeting room spaces
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Filing
- Other assigned office duties
