Front Desk/Night Audit Clerk

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established procedures
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality management is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are an asset
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
