The Front Desk/Administrative Assistant/Marketingperforms essential adminstrative job functions. Provides administrative support to the attorneys, accounting department and Marketing Coordinator, and others as directed by the Office Manager; possesses high level of professionalism and effective communication skills; able to perform multiple, simultaneous tasks.
Essential job functions include:
- Greets and provides general support to visitors; recognizes frequent client visitors.
- Prepares and distributes daily memo.
- Answers switchboard calls; directs internal and external calls.
- Schedules conference rooms efficiently and accurately.
- Maintains lobby and conference room area. Ensures area is kept clean and orderly.
- Assists Attorneys with timesheets and typing of documents.
- Ensures supervisor is apprised of non-routine events or significant scheduling conflicts.
- Copes successfully with demands, remaining calm under pressure; notifies supervisor of difficult situations.
- Exhibits strong customer service; conducts business in a professional and confidential manner.
- Logs in all deliveries received at front desk and contacts appropriate person for pickup.
- Assists with emergency procedures; responds appropriately if emergencies arise.
Marketing Assistant
Maintain excel contact list – updating list
· Manages returned envelopes for Firm marketing
· Manage and order inventory of letterhead/envelopes
· Assists with the mailing of Firm Newsletters (Quarterly)
· Prepares e-mail signatures for all new hires
· Revises e-mail signatures
· Assists with event planning and office functions

Position Requirements
- Associates degree or GED required.
- 3-5 years previous experience preferably in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
