The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

• Researches and supports contractual and Boeing Quality Management System
  requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and
  documentation.
• Leads meetings and associated events to align design, process, and contractual requirements.
• Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product
  designs.
• Familiar with RCCA process and able to lead a RCCA team using problem solving techniques and methods.
• Able to understand and communicate technical requirements to multiple stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Able to analyze and communicate complex data sets using various statistical methods to identify patterns within data, to gain insight into process performance, and recommend changes.
• Analyzes plans, reviews trend data, variance analyses, and risk assessments to provide recommended changes to organizational business partners.
• Analyzes non-conformance trends, recommends corrective actions to address nonconformances and evaluates effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Independently develops models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data (e.g.
  statistics operations research engineering economics) and provides summary analysis and
  metrics for consultation to customers.
• Develops quality metrics, design and quality plans for programs to ensure compliance with contractual, company and regulatory requirements.
• Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources using query tools.
• Analysis of complex quality datasets using visualization platforms such as Azure Analytics, PowerBI, Grafana, Tableau, etc.
• Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
• Experience developing and utilizing detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications.
• Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard.
• Experience applying audit standards, procedures and techniques.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or engineering project planning.
• 5+ years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA)
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of experience using Data Software systems, Minitab, Excel, Tableau, etc.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range: $ 108,800 to 147,200
