Schedule: Saturday 6am-2pm, Sunday & Monday 2pm-10pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 10pm-6am. (Must be able to work the entire schedule)

Job Skills / Requirements
- Provide customer service to commercial tenants and customers; welcome, thank, and exceed expectations by focusing on interactions.
- Communicate and interact with tenants and guests.
- Blend problem solving and decision making to positively impact the clients experience and resolve issues/ concerns
- Write detailed incident reports including notation of any unusual activities and how issues were resolved.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Valid PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card)
- 20HR Security Training Certificate
