Give a World Class Welcome!
- Set patients up for success through the use of our software tools
- Flexibly coordinate appointments to create Beautiful Smiles
- Communicate appointment needs & patient progress
- Work hand in hand with doctors and staff to present treatment plans & help patients achieve a beautiful, healthy smile
- Provide excellent customer service
- Effectively manage your day so that all tasks are completed timely

What you Have to be a Successful Candidate
- 2 years of Reception & Coordinating Experience; dental/orthodontic office experience a plus
- Strong References
- Full Time Availability (Monday - Friday) at our locations on the UES and in Tribeca
