Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Stay informed about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
Requirements:
