Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area and lobby.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering replenishments as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
