The Role
A Front Desk Receptionist/Social Media Coordinator will take on both responsibilities of managing the Front Desk and collaborating with others to create social media content for our various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc). The Front Desk Receptionist/Social Media Coordinator will be the first person that clients see when walking through the door, and also the last person to see when the client walks out the door. We’re looking for someone who can easily multi-task, put on multiple hats, and put on a smile for clients as they come in and out of our office.
What You'll Do
You'll work closely with the CEO to create social media content that converts to sales and revenue. On a daily basis, you will be sitting in the Front Desk, picking up phone calls, scheduling clients via our Square system, responding to emails/social media messages, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Picking up phone calls and answering any questions people may have
- Responding to voicemails and emails
- Input client information into our CRM system
- Charging clients as they leave the office
- Other administrative work such as organizing files, making phone calls to clients
- Generating and creating social media videos/posts using Canva
- Collaborating with the CEO and others to develop social media strategy and targets
What You'll Need
- Has or is currently pursuing an associates, bachelors, or masters degree
- Being a friendly and compassionate person
- Must be organized, responsible, detailed, nimble
- Ability to solve problems independently and under pressure
- Excellent time-management and communication skills
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc) and Canva
- Building campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager is a bonus
- Willing to learn, take feedback, and immediately apply the given feedback
- Health conscious person, interested in holistic health and incorporating healthy habits into daily life
Other Notes
- Schedule is flexible
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
- Commute must be less than 20 minutes
- Two positions are open (part time for both)
