We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance information, Pre authorizations and other administrative duties as needed. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to be organized and work as a team. . The ideal candidate will have experience in both primary care and urgent care settings.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Schedule appointments for primary care and urgent care visits.
• Check in patients, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays and balances.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
