Front Desk Receptionist

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our studio, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the studio.

Manage studio appointments, class schedules, and client inquiries.

Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information about classes, promotions, and general studio policies.

Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.

Process client registrations, payments, and studio memberships accurately.

Assist in maintaining studio inventory, including retail items and promotional materials.

Collaborate with instructors and management to ensure seamless studio operations.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficient in basic computer applications and studio management software.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.85 - $14.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
